Our Shipping Policies

We process orders for shipping Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Standard Service shipping requested orders received on weekdays after 12pm EST, on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. Express shipping orders placed Monday - Friday before 2pm EST will be processed and shipped that day, excluding weekends and Holidays.  Shipping times may vary due to the availability of our merchandise and credit card authorization.  

Options and Rates

All domestic Penelope packages are shipped via UPS and we offer four different shipping options for delivery within the United States. 

Please allow 1 - 2 business days after placing your order for processing.

  • Standard Service (5 to 7 business days) - $10
  • 3 Day Select (3 to 4 business days) - $20
  • 2nd Day Air (2 business days) - $25
  • Next Day Air (1 business day - we currently do not offer Saturday delivery) - $35 
  • FREE SHIPPING on orders over $100!

Express orders placed Monday - Friday before 2pm ET will be processed and shipped that day (excluding weekends and Holidays) - pending merchandise availability and credit card authorization.  At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO addresses, or US territories.  


Tracking Your Order

You can quickly and easily track the progress of your shipped order via UPS:

  1. Find the UPS tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.
  2. Click on the tracking number link to view your item's tracking page on the UPS website. If clicking on the number doesn't work automatically, visit www.ups.com and enter your number to track your order shipment.
